i2i Population Health has an immediate opening for a Data Mapping Analyst!

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Data Mapping Analyst is part of a skilled technical, analytical services team that implements i2i solutions for new client accounts. The data integration component of i2i’s implementation processes involves data discovery, data validation, and data readiness. All efforts ensure that data interfaced from client systems is accurate, reliable, and configured appropriately for use in proactive care and analytics.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

The Data Mapping Analyst will:

• Utilize data assessment, validation, and readiness tools in preparing client EHR data for use in i2i solutions

• Collaborate as a member of i2i Client Delivery Implementation Team to support technical, analytical, and training of solutions for clients.

• Support the implementation process and ongoing data optimization efforts with clients to ensure their data is accurate, reliable, and ready for use in performance improvement efforts. This includes performing Data Discovery by evaluating EHR data elements, validating client data is properly routed and visible within i2i systems, executing any specialized data mapping necessary to meet customer goals, and performing quality assurance exercises alongside client to ensure all data is mapped properly and is accurate for use in a clinical setting

• Introduce the client to the usage of their i2i product and lead data readiness calls to ensure client confidence in the mapped data

• Document in detail the progress of the project as it relates to the Data Mapping Analyst in a timely and complete manner

• Provide timely mapping support to existing post-implementation customers on an as needed basis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred, specifically in in quality data management or a related field

• Experience with relational databases and SQL a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong Internet and computer literacy skills

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to work cooperatively across functional groups and communicate effectively with different staff levels from front line through senior leadership
