Associate Relationship Manager

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) is someone that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.  As an ARM, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and volume growth objectives.  


Essential Functions/Responsibilities


  • Understand customer needs and requirements through conversations with sales team, data mining, and industry publications

  • Submit complete and thorough credit applications

  • Follow up with customers for missing application materials, credit questions, and required contract documentation

  • Maintain information as well as forecasting data within internal systems

  • Work effectively with all internal functional groups to facilitate and expedite communications with vendor partners and customers

  • Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners

  • Assist in gathering background information on original equipment manufacturers and their sales channel for potential new programs


Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Proven inside sales experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent


Level of Complexity and Scope

  • Initially, the role will be a job shadowing and support role with the potential to evolve into a sales role with increased responsibilities


Some travel is expected to industry trade shows and vendor partner meetings throughout the US.
