As Director, Business Development, you will work as an individual contributor and close New Logos. The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic self-starter who is curious about data and how it is helping Marketers and Brands drive outcomes. Passionate about sharing NaviStone’s story and solutions, this candidate will bring his or her own Business to Business network while constantly identifying, qualifying and nurturing new leads and relationships.

Being in the market just 5 years, the term may be unfamiliar, but it is changing the way marketers grow sales for their brands. You have probably heard the goal “conversion of 4-5% of site visitors, is a good day”, but NaviStone is exceeding this. We can identify 65-70% of unknown browsers demonstrating intent to buy. We then provide a way for brands to nurture those browsers by using a personalized high responding channel – Direct Mail! By adding the power of scored browsing data we have expanded the scope and productivity of retargeting website visitors and driving retention.
