Director of Training and Customer Education

Director of Training and Customer EducationTimilon is seeking an innovative, Customer-centric Director of Customer Education who will develop and execute the strategy to provide Timilon corporation’s Customers with the knowledge and education they need to achieve long-term success. They will oversee the creation and delivery of Customer training curriculum, technical documentation, guides, and best practices and will also be responsible for developing certification programs for Customers, contributors and partners.  This is a full-time role based in Bonita Springs, Florida.  Timilon is committed to professional development and opportunities for internal growth.

Director of Training and Customer Education Requirements:


  • Work experience as a Training Director, Director of Customer Education, Training Manager or similar role

  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching)

  • 3+ years experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment

  • Hands-on experience with project management

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • BS/MS in Human Resources, Health Science, Chemistry, or Learning and Development, preferred

  • Willing to consent to background check: social security, prior employment, and education verification, and criminal history check

 

Director of Training and Customer Education Responsibilities:


  • Build a scalable, world-class Customer learning and education program that helps Customers progressively advance their understanding of the Timilon brand, technology, and product

  • Work closely with our R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to build best-in-class training assets and materials

  • Create an enjoyable, cohesive, and relevant learning experience across our learning academy, webinar programs, help center, in-product and web education, and new features and product launches

  • Own and evolve the Customer education roadmap, continuously building and adding learning paths for new and existing Customers and partners

  • Leverage a deep understanding of the various Customer stakeholder roles within the Business-to-business and Business-to-Government ecosystem to create specialized & optimized learning paths - this may range from embedded quick-hit videos to full-fledged certification programs and implementation programs

  • Design, implement & measure the results of all of Timilon Customer learning programs

  • Collaborate with our Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Design, Internal R&D, and Product teams to build a holistic Customer education strategy

 

Salary and Benefits:


  • Starting base salary ranges from $80,000 - $90,000.

Travel:

20-30% of time traveling to customers
