Peachjar is headquartered in beautiful San Diego, CA. Due to COVID-19 and the safety of our employees, we are currently working remotely. This position is remote with the possibility of future in-office work if you are local to San Diego. Relocation allowance up to $10,000 is available if you are relocating from 50 or more miles from San Diego Headquarters.
Conceptualize and execute short-term and long-term segmented marketing strategies for all audiences: school districts, parents and program providers.
Provide strategic guidance, insight about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors and the effectiveness of the marketing strategy in relation to KPI’s
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve goals in building brand awareness, customer satisfaction, lead generation, and revenue
Manage and evolve Peachjar’s brand as a trusted source for parents
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, complementary products and agencies
Work cross-functionally with all teams to achieve consistent messaging across departments
Team requests - messaging, scripts and training docs
Content creation and management - website, landing pages, one-pagers, graphics and presentations.
KPI analytics and data management - analyzing results and effectiveness, managing data between Salesforce, Hubspot and internal platform
Maintain social media presence
Conference management - collateral, swag, content, presentations
Press releases, creating relationships with key districts, securing pieces in strategic publications
Required Skills, Proficiencies, and Qualifications
4+ years marketing experience with a previous role as marketing manager or other senior marketing position
Strong leadership skills with the ability to “roll up your sleeves”
Experience in marketing a technology product
Product marketing experience is beneficial
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Tech savvy – must be able to adopt new technology platforms with ease
Experience with marketing automation and inbound marketing techniques, experience with Hubspot (preferred) or Marketo or equivalent
Deep understanding of messaging to school districts, parents or community organizations is a plus
