Sales Development Representative (Remote within U.S.)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales
Development Representative who is business savvy and mission driven.

people need not apply.  Peachjar is
headquartered in beautiful San Diego, CA. Due to COVID-19 and the safety of our
employees, we are currently working remotely. This position is remote with the
possibility of future in-office work if you are local to San Diego. Relocation
is not available at this time.


 Major Responsibilities


  • Research, identify and qualify all sales leads based on specific
    qualifications

  • Connect with new prospects by researching and understanding their business needs and challenges

  • Accurately track all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead quotas

  • Build sales pipeline by scheduling meetings, calls, or demonstrations between prospective clients and Account Executives

  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls and emails with a focus on generating new business from new prospects

  • Cultivate a sales funnel and deliver accurate sales forecasts, keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

  • Demonstrate teamwork by sharing best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize territory and company success

  • Communicate customer feedback to company to assist in vision and strategic planning

  • Perform administrative and other duties as needed

 

Skills & Qualification


  • Proven work
    experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or similar role

  • Minimum 2 years
    experience performing lead gen using the phone, email, and social media
    platforms

  • Track record of
    achieving lead quotas

  • Dynamic and
    professional telephone presence

  • CRM experience in
    managing sales cycles, Salesforce experience a plus

  • Self-starter with
    ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives

  • Experience selling
    technologically or software solutions or platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree
    desired, but not required
