About The Role:


SUPER73 is currently looking for an energetic Showroom Sales Representative to support our growing sales initiative. This candidate will optimize the customer experience by providing an in-depth education session to all new and existing clients primarily in person at our showroom located in Irvine, over the phone, and through email.  The Showroom Sales Representative works cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Service to strengthen client loyalty, referrals, and retention.  We're set for continued explosive growth, and we're looking for someone that can exhibit poise and calm amidst the storm. 



About You:


You are a customer service guru with exceptional leadership qualities and natural relationship-building ability. You have a demonstrated experience serving customers and a solid understanding of what it takes to achieve successful customer interactions. You are self-motivated and passionate about helping others. You are interested in sinking your teeth into an environment where you can make an impact and empower others to create their own adventure.




Primary Responsibilities:



  • Initiate new relationships with clients ensuring they are informed about Super73, why we exist, and what the brand stands for.  


  • Provide a fun and energetic conversation in welcoming new and existing customers in person.  


  • Maintains a professional appearance.


  • Responsible for scheduling and conducting demo rides and bike servicing needs.


  • Liaise with internal customer service and tech representatives to provide an excellent service experience.


  • Participates in team meetings by adding value to conversations and proactively providing recommendations for improvement.


  • Acts as a team player by assisting and collaborating with the internal customer service team.


  • Attendance and on-time reporting.


  • Maintains compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures.


  • Participates in proactive efforts to achieve individual and company goals.


  • Ensure the proper safety guidelines are being followed while customers are on test rides to ensure safety and a positive experience.



 


Required Qualifications



  • A winning and collaborative attitude


  • Strong work ethic and willingness to do what is needed to get the job done. 


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still being able to prioritize projects and manage his or her own time.


  • Strong computer skills including Excel and reporting capabilities.


  • Minimum two years experience in sales support or customer service.  


  • Background in action sports, traditional sports, or fashion industry strongly preferred. 


  • Some knowledge of bicycles is preferred but not necessary.


  • Required to attend and support company events, as needed.


  • Must work holidays and weekends as needed.


  • Physical requirements: Must be able to push and ride bikes weighing up to 80 lbs.
