qualified leads (New Logo’s) for the NaviStone solutions.

 

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are
responsible for creating new qualified sales leads and opportunities in
target accounts for Business Development (BD) Reps. SDRs are a trusted resource
for developing relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of
contact. SDRs are focused on both inbound and outbound lead generation and
qualification.

As
SDR, your primary responsibility will be ensuring every lead is a good fit for
the NaviStone solution with the goal of securing a pitch meeting for the BD
team.

You will work closely with the
NaviStone Sales and Marketing teams to think through the consultative approach
for each business case.  

 

Responsibilities:

·    
Schedule
high quality sales pitch meetings for the Business Development team,

·    
Research,
identify, and prospect for new customers using HubSpot and other platforms,

·    
Nurture
identified prospects from current pipeline,

·    
Run
high volume personalized outreach to prospects, via outbound calls, email, and social
platforms,

·    
Work
with VP, Business Development to assign prospect once a meeting has been
confirmed,

·    
Attend
BD pitch meeting to provide warm handoff and introduction,

·    
Accurate
weekly pipeline forecasting,

·    
Maintain, update and manage
prospect pipeline in Hubspot (CRM platform)

 

Qualified Applicants Must Have:

·   
BS/BA
in business administration or relevant field

·   
Proven track record of
over-achieving against assigned revenue and growth targets

·   
Experience in Direct Mail or
Digital Retargeting (AdTech space)

·   
Experience and working
knowledge of CRM systems, HubSpot preferred

·    Excellent verbal and
written communication skills

·   
Proven
experience in lead gen; 1+ years of experience as an SDR, Sales Assistant/Coordinator

·   
Strong
computer skills (CRM, MS Office, Google Apps)

Experience in Adtech,
Martech, SaaS a plus
