About The Role:


Super73 is looking for an experienced Director of Ecommerce. Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to manage and direct all aspects of the ecommerce business. Set and measure KPIs for long-term and short-term goals. This includes but is not limited to strategizing, planning, developing and executing content plans, overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, website traffic and product performance.


About You:


We are looking for an eCommerce superstar that has 5-8 years of DTC eCommerce experience. The ideal candidate is a well-balanced mix of master and apprentice. You own the analytics, technology, and tools that measure, test, and optimize performance. We also need you to be able to adapt your skills into our model; learning the industry and then working to take the business to the next level.


Primary Responsibilities
• Lead the Super73.com shopping experience; including the delivery of all sales, marketing, technology, and brand functions across the website through strong collaboration with appropriate business leaders
• Create and Analyze dashboards from data. Convey short and long-term insights.
• Work with company leadership to set and align the overall ecommerce roadmap with Super73’s growth strategy. This should include your strategic, technical, and operational plans for the development of a world-class ecommerce platform
• Serve as product owner for the ecommerce platform while delivering strong leadership, innovation, and process improvements to achieve both short-term and long-term KPIs
• Act as an expert consultant for the product segments, lead training, identify best practices, share & re-apply
• Quickly analyze and communicate the business process and data challenges caused by system issues; Facilitate collaborative development of solutions to problems
• Optimize the implementation time, quality, and impact’ of the delivered enhancements by acting as an intermediary between the business stakeholders and development team
• Execute marketing programs and website changes to increase qualified traffic to the site, improve time on site, lower bounce rate, strengthen conversion, increase overall order size and ultimately drive sales
• Manage up through strong communication with stakeholders to set and deliver on expectations
• Drive a culture of innovation, constant optimization, and testing.
• Stay on top of industry best practices and bring relevant new eCommerce and digital solutions to meet the organization's strategic business needs
• Oversee, and work with other internal teams on merchandising, pricing, product content, inventory management, market research, and demand generation
• Understand all integrations on website to ensure Omni-Channel workflow is optimized


Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 6-8 years of managing ecommerce consumer goods selling / marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of design and product development process
• Strong understanding of website UI/UX and development process
• Proficient use of Shopify and Google Marketing (analytics shopping, ads).
• Experience with ESP email marketing or equivalent preferred
• Commitment to providing high-level customer service
• Strong ability to regularly act with immediacy, consistent communication, and clear expectations
