We
are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our team. He/she will be
a key team member performing equity research (including detailed financial
modeling), company due diligence, and formal investment recommendations.  The firm has a non-hierarchical, close-knit
culture offering Analysts a unique opportunity to gain substantial
responsibility and ownership and to develop a broad investment skill set which
includes idea generation and ESG engagement.   

Responsibilities include:

·        
Research, due diligence and portfolio
monitoring

·        
Building and maintaining financial
models, analyzing returns on capital and valuation

·        
Developing Excel models forecasting
company performance

·        
Industry analysis

·        
Company engagement

Ideal candidate will have:

·         Three to five years experience
analyzing and recommending equity positions, with a strong track record of
investment performance

·        
Experience working in investment
management or a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm. Sector
expertise in Communications, Technology or Health Care.

·        
A CFA or a Master’s degree from a top
university with a record of academic excellence and substantial course load in
economics, finance, and/or accounting.

·        
Desire to invest in public equities in
emerging markets in a highly ethical environment

·        
Ability to reach relevant conclusions
and be comfortable with less than perfect data and making recommendations in
ambiguous environments

·        
Superior modeling, quantitative and analytical
skills

·        
Excellent written and oral
communication skills

·        
Capacity to multi-task, prioritize and
organize time effectively in a fast-pace environment with changing deadlines
and limited direction

·        
Strong Microsoft office skills, MS
Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·        
Language skills such as Chinese, Korean,
Portuguese or Spanish.
