Kloud9 IT is seeking an experienced person to make Outbound Calls to potential clients. The Agent will be responsible for placing follow up calls for our direct mail campaigns, that’s right NOT just COLD calling random people. As an Outbound Calls Agent, you will be responsible for making a large volume of outbound calls to industry professionals and to successfully generate appointments for our Outside Sales team. The Outbound Call Agent is responsible for setting appointments promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We’re looking for successful, experienced outbound call agents who are self-motivated, confident and highly skilled. Ideal candidates are able to work out of our Cleveland office full- or part-time. Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day. Track record of over-achieving quota. Responsibilities:
· Make a large volume of outbound calls per day
· Schedule appointments for the Outside Sales Team
· Enter data into a CRM
· Identify decision makers and schedule appointments
· Follow a script for setting appointments
· Listen to objections and handle them effectively
· Enter the details of every interaction into the CRM
Qualifications/Requirements:
· 2 years experience in outbound call center preferred
· A demonstrated pattern of success and accomplishment
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Listening skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Professionalism
· Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines
· Experience working with a CRM, Infusionsoft preferred
