unions, and other organizations who turn to us for education, payment rules
interpretation, and risk and compliance support.

You will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance,
Analytics and Administration and partner with the leadership team and staff to develop,
implement, and maintain organizational data and analytics. You will be directly

Industry and Association Acumen:
Are you passionate about mining data to acquire unique
insights? The individual in this role must be able to proactively develop a data
strategy and establish reporting capabilities across the association to provide relevant analysis
and insights about our membership and the industry. The Data Analytics
Manager will identify and vet data
from multiple internal and external sources, including the association’s
membership database, Google Analytics, and other online sources.
Writing & Communicating:
Can you take a technical concept and communicate it in a way
all levels of the association will understand? If so, you’ve got skills we
need. This individual will need to gather data and reporting requirements from
both executive and operational levels. You will need to be able to effectively
communicate these discoveries in a fluid, approachable, and understandable way.
Consequently, concise and engaging written and oral communications are key in
Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Mathematics, Economics, or
Statistics preferred, including 3-5 years’ work experience in data management,
mining, and/or analyzing data is required.
You will also have demonstrated technical writing capability and experience
with designing data sets, related meta-data, reports, and presentations using
technical and other reporting tools. Strong data visualization skills and
attention to detail are required, as are solid critical thinking and
problem-solving skills. A broad understanding of the financial services
