will be opening an SDO office in New York in April/May 2020 and are
looking for a Customer Success Lead/Account Manager to support the continued
growth of NavigatorCRE as the #1 data visualization software for commercial
real estate. We’re one of the top commercial real estate tech companies in the
US. We're a cloud-based data analytics company and we hold the US patent for
structured and unstructured data visualization. This role reports directly
to the COO and will be responsible for 1st
customer engagement, coordinating demos, scaling users inside of our client
companies as well as growth strategy and training. Commercial
Real Estate experience is a must. This will be more of an
entrepreneurial role. It’s

Real Estate experience
with any CRM tools – Zoho preferred but not required
4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account
Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical, enterprise
executive presence and communication abilities
to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
new and existing customers grow on the platform and communicate best practices,
new innovations and deployment strategies.
