are currently seeking a full-time candidate with excellent time management
skills and exceptional attention to detail to fill the Finance and Accounting Specialist
position in our Over-The-Rhine office.

The Finance and
Accounting Specialist is a hands-on position that will be managing daily
transactions in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, cash receipts and
working in an automated fund accounting system. They will also assist with
producing monthly financials and other duties as needed.

Some of the specific responsibilities

  • Assist with Accounts
    Receivables and communication to customer.

  • Validation of vendors to be
    paid, including set up and W-9 collection from new vendors.

  • Client and vendor management
    including statement reconciliation and queries.

  • Review of revenue coding,
    including incoming cash receipts via ACH and credit cards.

  • Assist with the review of bank
    and balance sheet accounts.

  • Prepare accrual, prepaid,
    deferred and recurring entries.

Successful candidate
will be:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
    and Excel; experience with Power BI a plus

  • Comfortable in creating pivot
    tables and analyzing data

  • Ability to clearly and
    concisely communicate, both verbally and in writing, on sensitive and
    confidential matters.

  • Ability to analyze numbers,
    including detailed financial information.

  • Strong customer service skills;
    ability to interact respectfully, professionally and objectively with a
    diverse staff of providers.
