Business Development Director

The ideal candidate is an
energetic, self-starter who is passionate about data and how it helps marketers
drive outcomes, motivated to solve advertiser’s problem, and can build a pipeline
of qualified leads for the NaviStone solutions.

 

As, Director, Business
Development, your primary responsibility will be to close New Logos. This will
include identifying, qualifying and nurturing leads including; reaching out to
prospects in our pipeline and building relationships, understanding prospects
needs, telling our story, and ultimately, securing a meeting to present our
solutions.  You will manage through
contract execution and will be responsible for securing signature on the
initial Scope of Work (SOW).

 

This position reports directly
to our VP, Business Development.

Responsibilities:



·       
Building pipeline by researching,
identifying, and prospecting for new customers

·       
Run high volume personalized outreach to
prospective customers to secure high quality sales meetings

·       
Serve as the initial point of contact
on all inbound customer inquiries to qualify and route leads

·       
Work with VP, Business Development to
develop pre-sale decks and proposals

·       
Sales forecasting

·       
Meet / Exceed sales goals

·       
Maintain,
update and manage sales pipeline in the CRM system; HubSpot

·       
Travel
as required to conferences, sales pitches and client meetings

 

Qualified Applicants Must Have:

 

·       
BS/BA in business administration or
relevant field

·       
Proven
track record of over-achieving against assigned revenue and growth targets  

·       
Experience
in Direct Mail or Digital Retargeting (AdTech space)

·       
Experience
selling Enterprise brands and leveraging relationships for referrals across
brands

·       
Experience
and working knowledge of CRM systems, HubSpot preferred

·       
Ability
to complete a SOW outlining client objectives and defining the pilot program

·       
Must
be able to navigate internal resources and teams

·       
High-level of creative
thinking and problem-solving skills

·       
Excellent verbal and
written communication skills

·       
Strong computer skills (CRM, MS
Office, Google Apps)

·       
Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills

·       
Experience in Adtech, Martech, SaaS a
plus

·       
Self-starter and team player,
organized, driven, and passionate about sales
