--Primary Responsibilities--
Completes ongoing work to manage assigned property, ensuring
high quality & timely results. Regular tasks include the following:
* Advertising
* Oversee Resident leasing cycle, including showings,
applications, and lease agreements.
* Manage rent collection, track fees & delinquencies, and
process evictions.
* Manage Resident relations.
* Process invoices & track expenses to the property
budget.
* Actively works to “Make It Home” and create an environment
where all are welcome.
* Manage overall appearance of property, including grounds,
office & amenities in coordination with Maintenance staff.
--Required Skills--
* One-year experience in Property Management strongly
preferred.
* Or AA in Communications, Real Estate, or related field
strongly preferred.
* Confident use of technology.
* Basic Math skills.
