NaviStone® is breaking new ground in customer
acquisition and retargeting. NaviStone tracks the
site behavior of previously unknown browsers and matches them to accurate
postal names and addresses, in a privacy compliant way, allowing
clients to send highly personalized direct mail communications to new prospects
who are “ready to buy.”  It’s a new and

So, if you’re still reading this…. We are hiring a Client
Partner, reporting to the VP of Client Services, whose primary responsibility is
to drive, grow and expand existing client revenue while providing exceptional
customer support and client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage
    a book of business that consists of existing accounts as well as newly acquired

  • Meet / exceed revenue goals associated with
    accounts within the specified book of business.

  • Maintain
    a continuation rate of >60% for all new clients testing NaviStone for the
    first time

  • Responsible for developing account strategy and managing renewals for existing business.

  • Expand the NaviStone solutions leveraged by current clients through audience expansion and new product testing. 

  • Build and maintain positive and productive client relationships.

  • Use qualitative data and historical results to
    make strategic recommendations for improving performance and scaling client

  • Establish
    and maintain regular communication cadence to share results, recommend
    solutions / new product offerings to facilitate account growth.

  • Effectively
    forecast a book of business by providing a 90-day revenue estimate focused on

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or
    relevant field.

  • At least 1 year of previous Account Management

  • Proven track record of over-achieving against
    assigned revenue and growth targets.

  • Experience in Direct Mail or Digital
    Retargeting (AdTech space).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong computer skills (CRM, MS Office with a
    focus on Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Self-starter and team player, organized,
    driven and passionate about Account Management.

  • Must be able to navigate internal resources
    and teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and discipline to follow
    established policies and procedures.

  • Previous experience working in a remote

  • Previous
    employment with a startup organization a plus.
