We’re adding a Vice
President of Operations to the senior leadership team. As a member of the leadership
team, the VP of Operations helps establish the future direction and priorities of
the company. NaviStone plans to continue
growing at rapid pace, so this person is also responsible for planning and executing
on that expansion inside of Operations
At the same time, NaviStone
is still a 24-person startup. Everyone must also be hands-on!
The VP of Operations is
responsible for the fulfillment of all revenue.
The VP of Operations also partners with Client Services to deliver programs
The key metrics used to
measure the success of the role include:
producing daily revenue to client’s budget and Client Service’s plan
Quality – producing
orders error free. We measure the cost
of quality as the expense incurred when Ops errors produce rework or invoice
credits for clients.
Time to revenue
– days required to launch a new client program
Optimization – maximizing
the available audiences for clients.
satisfaction – positive scores in our net promoter surveys when it comes to
onboarding and fulfillment activities.
Duties and responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of four
Create and execute two-year plan for expanded
capacity as the company grows to 3-4X
production relative to client budgets
Maintain and manage key
supply chain vendor relationships
Work with Product Engineering
to automate and streamline processes for greater efficiency
Product Engineering on MVP tests and operationalizing new product
Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage
Familiar with multi-channel marketing
industry (digital and/or print) highly desirable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a software technology
Comfortable in a start-up environment where
cultural fit and the need to constantly pivot and change are critical.
