Implementation/Support Specialist (mid-level) Millburn, New Jersey

Job Description: leverage
your expertise and your commitment to excellence to assist our customers with
the implementation of all Enforsys-related products and interfaces.

 

Duties of the Implementation/Support Specialist

·       
assists clients in the
implementation of Enforsys software, and related hardware

·       
evaluates client needs,
develops configurations that support business/release processes

·       
defines and executes on
delivery and implementation plans

·       
tests and troubleshoots
final system setups

·       
provides training and
end-user support during and after the implementation process

·       
work on projects/matters
of limited complexity in a support role

·       
Perform on-site and
remote software installations and upgrades


  • Configure and customize Enforsys applications for
    client use.

  • Provide detailed implementation documentation and
    roadmaps.

  • Train administrators and end users on Enforsys
    deployment/setup.

  • Validation test of Enforsys deployment prior to go-live

  • Research, analyze and resolve customer-reported issues
    during implementation and post-implementation.

  • Effectively communicate best practices usage of
    Enforsys

  • Working independently and collaboratively to achieve
    established company goals.

  • Diagnose, assist, collaborate, coordinate and
    troubleshoot customer issues

 

Successful candidate may
also be involved on occasion assisting in pre-sales product demonstrations or to
provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals. Requires a
bachelor's degree. You must work closely with the Operations and Development teams
to ensure Company and client expectations are being met and escalated service
requests are prioritized appropriately. Work is closely managed.

Requirements for Consideration


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology
    or another related technical field

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL server

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical
    support/implementation field, with focus on on-site technical
    support/implementation.

  • The ability to routinely multitask in a fast-paced
    environment

  • Effectively prioritize service requests and escalations
    along with other duties and tasks on a daily basis

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel,
    Word, PowerPoint)

license and own method of transportation

Must be authorized to
work in the United States and must be able to pass a full background check,
fingerprinting and CJIS online course
