Onboarding Coordinator

 Job purpose

We’re looking for an
organized and driven Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team at
NaviStone. The Onboarding Coordinator position will work closely with the Director
of Client Onboarding to handle new client onboarding and program launches. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual who fits

Duties and responsibilities 

·       
Manages
day-to-day new client launch activities.

·       
Coordinates onboarding activities like tagging, receipt of various data
files and delivery of digital assets.

·       
Implementation of
schedule and internal resource coordination for new postcard retargeting
marketing programs.

·       
Creates, maintains
and tracks project management tasks required to meet delivery deadlines.

·       
Performs quality
control checks on tag implementations.

·       
Coordinates
client data requests and integration into the order fulfillment process.

·       
Coordinates with
NaviStone data partners for implementation of programs.

·       
Responsible for managing
creative assets.

·       
Coordinates with
NaviStone printer partners for the deployment of creative assets into printer’s
workflow and merge with data to deliver client’s campaign objectives.

·       
Participates on
client onboarding kick-off calls.

·       
Identifies barriers to specific client launch
issues and finds solutions to overcome barriers.

·       
Support fulfillment of orders and ongoing
campaigns generated by our Client Services team.
 

Qualifications

·       
Demonstrated project management skills.

·       
Organized multi-tasker capable on managing
detailed tasks to meet scheduled deadlines.

·       
Task oriented while ensuring the highest level of
quality assurance.

·       
Familiar with multi-channel marketing
industry (digital and print) highly desirable.

·       
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       
BS degree in Marketing or Business
Administration.

·       
Experience working with digital asset
management software (InDesign or Adobe Illustrator) a huge plus.

·       
Comfortable working in a software technology
environment.

·       
Comfortable in a start-up environment where
cultural fit and the need to constantly pivot and change are critical.
