Product Marketing Manager

What you’ll do: 




We are in search of exceptional product marketing talent to help us promote highly scalable, strategic solutions in the outdoor recreation guide realm. Our focus is on our guide’s success, employee success, and growth.  




 
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for all messaging and assets to support demand generation, field enablement and customer marketing activity. This person will own and develop all qualitative and quantitative content and work directly with the CEO, also collaborating closely with marketing, product strategy, product management, sales and professional services to drive Guidesly’s growth and our guide’s success. 




Key Responsibilities: 




Numbers/Metrics 






  • Guidesly is a Metrics based organization, and this is a numbers position. Love the numbers, digging into analysis and solving problems both large and small 








  • Conversion, conversion and conversion. Conversion goals are a top priority for this position. Driving continual improvement and hitting the goals. Obsession with having industry best conversion. 








  • Analytics and metrics. Manage, maintain and report on key metrics and analytics platform. 






Market Strategy 






  • Create go-to-market programs for new market segments and geographies 








  • Contribute to annual product marketing plan in collaboration with field marketing. 








  • Lead global cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives 








  • Execute innovative digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive site traffic, conversions, and revenue  








  • Lead release marketing activities 






Customer Engagement 






  • Develop product messaging to be used across all media and customer engagement channel 








  • Create campaigns to communicate tailored messages to specific audiences 








  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials 










  • Contribute to key guide events and major industry conferences 






Product 






  • Build product awareness through PR, article placements and social media 








  • Create digital product launches and work with marketing to develop integrated marketing solutions across CRM, mobile, and social platforms to effectively engage target consumers 








  • Create and supply all materials to sales team 






Relationship  






  • Be a team player, ready to help & unafraid to ask a clarifying question 








  • Build strong relationships with key guides to enhance sales performance and ensure optimal product visibility  








  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, manage risks, and facilitate collaborative problem-solving 








  • Provide regular updates on product marketing performance, highlighting goal achievement, sales impact, and actionable recommendations for future improvements 






Qualifications: 






  • 3+ years of enterprise software or life sciences-related product marketing experience 








  • Desire to drive high impact results at a fast-growing start up 








  • Strong understanding of product marketing best practices, market dynamics, and consumer behavior. Must be experienced with conversion metrics and conversion optimization 








  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels 








  • Passion for the outdoors! 








  • Possess a data-driven mindset with proven experience utilizing analytics, metrics and insights as tools for informed decision-making 








  • Project management skills; can push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; understands how to collaboratively align resources, seeks the input of key constituents, and manages others to achieve desired results.

Salary: $75k-$100k based on experience
