Language I/O is looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our business operations run smoothly, are efficient, and add maximum value to the organization.
The office coordinator must be a competent professional with excellent communication skills, be comfortable dealing with people and be able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Supporting the C-suite with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, directing calls, sending out correspondence
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as office coordinator or similar role
Experience working in a professional office environment
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Reliable and professional
Ability to sit in front of a computer for up to eight hours per day
Ability to lift 10 pounds
Ability to carry out typical office tasks such as greeting visitors, accepting deliveries, filing, answering phones, sorting mail, scanning, and making photocopies; these tasks may require bending and reaching
Associate degree or higher in business administration or relevant field is a plus, but not required
This is a part-time, on-site position.
