We are seeking the most talented individuals for the position of Debt Collector and Collection Manager.

This position is for full time employment. We work 10:00AM to 7:00PM pm Monday - Friday and No

weekends. Schedules may shift later or to a 4 day week.

Job Description:
Collection of Consumer, Commercial and MedicalDebt - occasional special projects.
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls and emails
Establish contact with individuals to negotiate payments, settlements, disputes or return of merchandise.

Skills required for position:
1 or more years of collection experience preferred but not requited
High School Diploma or GED
Competitive team player that can adapt in a fast pace and changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to demonstrate leadership and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies
Solid typing and PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision
FDCPA knowledge a plus
Bilingual a plus
