The M&A and Corporate Advisory Team is based out of Eastdil Secured’s New York and San Francisco offices.
Summer Internship Training
As an Eastdil Secured Summer Intern, you will spend the summer learning about the commercial real estate industry and will build a strong foundation of the skills essential to be a very competitive Analyst candidate. Summer Interns will receive comprehensive on-the-job training led by team members who are experts in the real estate field, learn about real estate fundamentals and financial principles, and gain valuable experience in Excel and Argus Enterprise financial modeling. Most importantly, at the end of the internship, you will be considered for an offer to join us as a full-time Analyst after graduation.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of various financial analyses, including corporate and portfolio valuation and joint venture, take-private, and merger analysis
- Work closely with senior team members and assist with presentations and financial analysis
- Assist in creating marketing materials for active transactions
- Participate in client meetings, due diligence, and other client interactions
- Conduct research, participate in strategic planning and support the execution of advisory services
- Assist with due diligence collection and review
Qualifications
To be considered for the Summer Internship you must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree with an anticipated graduation date in Spring of 2025. Candidates must also be able to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
