Senior Executive Administrative Coordinator

Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC

Position Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Senior Executive Administrative (SEA) Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Carolina Complete Health Network (CCHN) and network providers, joint venture partners, organized medicine, community partners and other company stakeholders.  This position is responsible for adding value to the network and plan through building and maintaining strong relationships to promote the goal share ownership by the Medicaid providers of NC.  As a key-member of a cross-functional, dynamic team, the SEA Coordinator will serve as a driver of the CCHN goal of achieving connectedness with major stakeholders across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Serve as a point of contact for the CEO for outside organizations

·        Assist the leadership team (CEO, VPs, Sr. Directors and Directors) with communication and coordinate daily calendars of senior leadership team

·        Plan appointments and events

·        Act as the point of contact between executives and stakeholders

·        Create regular reports and update internal databases

·        Make travel arrangements

·        Manage phone calls and emails

·        Respond promptly to outside requests for meetings

·        Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)

·        Suggest more efficient ways to run the operation and troubleshoot malfunctions

·        Act as a liaison between the network and medical specialty societies ensuring a coordinated effort in improving financial performance and shareholder recruitment and distribution

·        Collaborate with CCHN Board of Directors (BOD) for meetings

·        Employ information protection and information security techniques compliant with HIPPA and CCHN partners

·        Comply with Centene in NC firewall policy

·        Protect confidential and sensitive business information as an employee of CCHN

·        May require up to 20% travel (local and overnight)

·        Perform other duties as delegated


 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·        8+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, or similar role

·        Experience in Healthcare industry preferred

·        Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work: additional qualifications as a project manager are a plus

·        Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills required.

·        Knowledge of office procedures

·        Solid experience with office management communication and scheduling systems

·        Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems to drive productivity of a team

·        Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines

·        Strong communication skills (via phone, virtually, by e-mail and in-person)

·        High proficiency with Microsoft Office products as well as communication productivity tools.

·        Database manipulation for tracking of performance and contacts

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities

·        Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information

·        Ability to work collaboratively with leadership team, staff, stakeholders, and contractors at all levels

·        Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Must be a self-starter and have a strong sense of urgency

·        Current state driver’s license
