Overview
Artiphon is seeking a lead software engineer to help us grow our family of music technology products.
What You'll Do
- Write modern, clean, and maintainable code for multiple platforms
- Build widely-used applications for mobile and desktop platforms
- Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product owners to advance our products and processes by identifying and solving challenging issues
- Use common and modern technologies such as C++, JUCE, cloud APIs, etc.
- Impact the technological direction company-wide
What You'll Need
- Ability to take responsibility to scope, collaborate, and develop a technology roadmap in sync with our backlogs and product owners in an agile environment
- Significant professional experience writing production code and a strong knowledge of modern C++, JavaScript, and React (for cross-platform desktop and mobile)
- Being actively involved in the music technology domain
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or similar
- Experience with JUCE and Audio/MIDI on mobile and desktop platforms
- Experience with connected devices, protocols and collaboration with firmware engineers
- Experience in understanding and refactoring large grown code bases
- Experience with complex multithreaded architectures
- Familiar with continuous delivery and automated testing
- High level of motivation and interest to collaborate within the team
