ATTRIBUTION SPECIALIST

Our role is to advance marketing technology in ways that help marketers develop more meaningful relationships with customers while making it accessible to all stakeholders within the organization.

We are looking for an A-Player who will join an awesome team that is responsible for several aspects of the success of our clients from implementation kickoff to onboarding to sustaining platform usage.

This is the perfect role for someone who has a solid digital marketing and web development skills who is looking to take the next step in their career, who craves the opportunities and responsibilities that make a direct impact on our customer’s and LeadsRx success. The selected candidate will be launching into an exciting industry while getting direct experience expanding your technical and analytical skill set.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Manage client implementations and on-going usage
  • Own the onboarding timeline and process, liaising internally with our Development and Customer Service teams
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Develop and maintain strong industry and product knowledge
  • Provide customers with LeadsRx and industry best practices
  • Document activity and track time towards the customer onboarding process
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution of customer issues during training and
  • Implementation, including technical issues
  • Work independently, as well as collaboratively, to achieve established customer and company goals
  • Manage the resolution of customer escalations when needed
  • Other duties as needed

WHO YOU ARE:

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to speak to JavaScript implementations
  •  Microsoft Office: Focus on advanced Excel skillset
  • Technical troubleshooting skills around application software
  • Analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing, and verbally
  • Proven ability to quickly build customer relationships and confidence
  • Proven ability to continually learn and grasp new terminology, application and industry changes
  • Strong planning, project coordination, and task prioritization skills

IDEAL CANDIDATES:
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and marketing technology ecosystems
  • A team player that takes initiative and knows when to ask for help
  • Willing to work non-standard hours when required (not common)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS / IT, Marketing (with quantitative emphasis), Data Science / Analytics, or equivalent
  • One year+ of related experience, ideally in SaaS industry or similar
