Work Environment: This role is hybrid: 80% remote / 20% on-site at NSWCPD – Philadelphia, PA.

Clearance & Security Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Must comply with DD254 security requirements and obtain facility badging.
• Compliance with DoD/NSWCPD rules for NNPI/NOFORN handling.
• OPSEC training certificate required.

Required Certifications

  • CSWF: IAT Level III

Role Summary

Leads IA compliance teams and major accreditation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IA compliance inspections.
  • Develop corrective action plans.
  • Train junior specialists.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • 10+ years IA compliance.
  • Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP or equivalent.
  • Navy compliance leadership.

Work Hours & Travel

Normal on-site access hours at NSWCPD are 0600–1800, Monday–Friday (excluding Federal holidays). Travel may be required for shipboard and shore site support; all travel must be pre-approved.
