Location & Worksite

Work Environment: This role is hybrid: 80% remote / 20% on-site at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division NSWCPD – Philadelphia, PA.

Clearance & Security Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Must comply with DD254 security requirements and obtain facility badging.
• Compliance with DoD/NSWCPD rules for NNPI/NOFORN handling.
• OPSEC training certificate required.

Required Certifications

• CSWF: IAM Level II
• CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, or HCISPP

Role Summary

Supports Navy RMF validation efforts at Level II.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security control assessments.
• Assist in RMF package validation.
• Prepare validation reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
• 3 years experience.
• Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Validator Certificate.
• Navy validator experience.

Work Hours & Travel

Normal on-site access hours at NSWCPD are 0600–1800, Monday–Friday (excluding Federal holidays). Travel may be required for shipboard and shore site support; all travel must be pre-approved.
