System Administrator

Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site or hybrid as directed); may require TDY/surge support to OCONUS sites in Japan and Korea

Clearance: Active DoD Secret

Required Certifications: Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC (DoD 8140 IAT-II). Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Minimum of 20 hours CPD annually.

Role Summary:

Provides Tier 2/3 support for servers, endpoints, MECM/Intune, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Ensures STIG compliance, patching, packaging, and problem resolution in line with PRS targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Windows servers/endpoints; enforce GPOs and baselines.
  • Operate MECM/Intune for OSD/Autopilot, packaging, and patching.
  • Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure STIG compliance.
  • Document KBs, update CMDB, and support ITIL change processes.
  • Provide surge/on-call support as directed.
