Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site or hybrid as directed); may require TDY/surge support to OCONUS sites in Japan and Korea

Clearance: Active DoD Secret

Required Certifications: ITIL® 4 Foundation; ISO 9001 or Lean Six Sigma preferred. Minimum of 20 hours CPD annually.

Role Summary:

Oversees quality management for DDSB services. Ensures PRS compliance, conducts audits, and drives continual improvement. Embeds QA in ITIL workflows and reduces risk through trend analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement QA plan and audit schedules for PRS performance.
  • Conduct audits; track nonconformances and corrective actions.
  • Analyze metrics (MTTR, change failure rates) and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure documentation quality and CMDB integrity.
