Information Assurance Lead

Location: San Antonio, TX (on-site or hybrid as directed); may require TDY/surge support to OCONUS sites in Japan and Korea

Clearance: Active DoD Secret

Required Certifications: DoD 8140/8570 IAM-III (e.g., CISM, CISSP, GSLC). ITIL® 4 Foundation. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Minimum of 20 hours CPD annually.

Role Summary:

Leads IA compliance and governance. Embeds RMF and STIG processes into ITIL 4 workflows; ensures audit readiness and PRS traceability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage RMF lifecycle, SSP updates, and control assessments in eMASS.
  • Oversee STIG/IAVA compliance and evidence capture.
  • Embed IA checkpoints into CAB/Config workflows.
  • Coordinate with Cyber SME on Zero Trust and ICAM initiatives.
