Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (Key)
Location: On-site, San Antonio, TX
Clearance: Active DoD Secret
Required Certifications: DoD 8140/8570 IASAE-II/III (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP/ISSEP, CASP+). Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Minimum of 20 hours CPD annually.
Role Summary:
Senior cybersecurity authority for DDSB services. Ensures RMF, STIG/IAVA, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust/ICAM alignment while sustaining PRS objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain security architecture across AD/Entra ID, MECM/Intune, ICAM, and Microsoft 365.
- Lead RMF packages, eMASS, POA&Ms, and ATO sustainment.
- Ensure STIG/IAVA compliance and continuous monitoring.
- Perform vulnerability assessments; coordinate remediation with admin teams.
- Guide Zero Trust adoption and identity governance.
- Support incident response and integrate lessons learned into ITIL processes.
