Program Manager (Key)
Location: On-site, San Antonio, TX
Clearance: Active DoD Secret
Required Certifications: ITIL® 4 Foundation; PMP or PgMP preferred. Minimum of 20 hours Continuous Professional Development (CPD) annually.
Role Summary:
Leads DDSB IT Support program execution. Accountable for PRS performance, ITIL 4 tiered support, and continual improvement across identity, endpoint, directory, and Microsoft 365 services. Interfaces with DHA CIO & PEO MS (J-6), EITSI, and DHAGSC.
Responsibilities:
- Own PRS performance governance, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Lead Transition-In/Out and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule.
- Implement ITIL 4 tiered service model and measure KPIs (MTTR, backlog, change success rate).
- Oversee enterprise MECM/Intune, AD/Entra ID, ICAM, and Microsoft 365 operations.
- Manage Continual Improvement Practice roadmap (automation, zero-touch provisioning, self-service).
- Lead subcontractor management and DHA provider interfaces.
- Maintain staffing pipelines aligned with DoD 8140 compliance and surge readiness.
