This is a full-time, in-office role based in North County San Diego. We are seeking candidates who live in North County San Diego and can work from our office daily. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Position Summary

This position will proactively manage compliance and security related tools to deliver timely information to reduce client risk and meet compliance mandates. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Security Services – Coordinate, configure, maintain, manage, respond and report on the following:
    • Dark Web Scanning
    • Cyber Training and Phishing Simulation
    • Monitoring Cloud SaaS applications including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
    • Security Board Alerts
    • Security Risk Assessments
    • Vulnerability Scanning
    • Penetration Testing
  • Compliance Services –
    • Install, configure, maintain, manage all security and compliance tools
    • Framework Assessments including quarterly and annual reporting
    • Policy Development

Skills & Abilities

  • Organization – Maintains and follows processes; keeps records of tasks completed (ie: updates tickets concisely); Maintains and follows schedule of required tasks.
  • Self-Motivated – Performs the work role without constant supervision; Proactively looks for tasks that can be automated; Create and follow a schedule.

Experience: 3 plus years of experience in network / IT systems, security, data backup, cloud services. Creating standard operating procedures (SOP).

 

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Networking/Cybersecurity
  • Experience in outsourced IT / MSP
  • Microsoft Server, Workstation, 365; Backup and Security Platforms, Compliance frameworks, RMM
