Prestige Medical Group is a growing, multi-site healthcare organization serving North Georgia with primary care, pediatrics, and med spa services. As we continue to expand, we are bringing our marketing execution in-house to support more consistent, high-quality growth across all service lines.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution, with a strong focus on social media, content creation, and community engagement.
Role Overview
This is an execution-focused role.
You will work directly with senior leadership, where:

Strategy is defined at the leadership level

Execution is owned by you
This role requires both creativity and discipline. You will be responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are executed consistently, professionally, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content

Manage and execute social media across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories)

Capture photo/video content across locations
-
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Email Marketing

Build and deploy email campaigns (Constant Contact or similar)
-
Support newsletters, promotions, and announcements
-
Track basic performance metrics
Med Spa Marketing Execution

Support campaigns for injectables, weight loss, and aesthetic services

Coordinate in-office promotions and materials
-
Help drive patient engagement and retention
Design & Creative

Develop marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe
-
Ensure brand consistency across all assets
Community & Events

Support planning and execution of events and open houses

Represent Prestige in the community in a professional, polished way
Operational Support

Manage marketing calendar and timelines
-
Coordinate internal requests and support leadership initiatives

Strong execution of campaigns without constant oversight

Med spa marketing that is active, consistent, and revenue-driving

Reduced reliance on outside vendors
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)

1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (internships included)

Strong experience with social media content creation and execution

Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Comfortable capturing photo and video content

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work across multiple locations
