About the Role
Prestige Medical Group is seeking a Director of Clinic Operations – Adult Primary Care to lead and scale operations across a growing, multi-site physician-led organization.
This is a builder role.
We are not looking for someone to maintain operations — we are looking for a leader who can create structure, standardize workflows, and build scalable systems across multiple locations.
You will play a key role in driving operational performance, improving patient access and experience, and positioning the organization for continued growth and success in both fee-for-service and value-based care models.
Prestige currently operates in Jasper, Canton, Roswell, and Rome, with expansion underway in Woodstock, Hickory Flat, and additional North Georgia markets.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and partners closely with Clinical Leadership, Finance, HR, and Compliance.
Schedule: Full-time, exempt (4 days onsite / 1 remote)
What You Will Own
Operational Build & Standardization
• Build and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all adult primary care locations
• Standardize workflows across front office, clinical support, and patient access
• Create scalable infrastructure to support multi-site growth
• Identify operational gaps and implement sustainable solutions
Value-Based Care Execution
• Operationalize and scale programs including:
- Chronic Care Management (CCM)
- Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
- Annual Wellness Visits (AWV)
- MIPS / Quality Measures
• Ensure workflows support accurate documentation, coding, and reimbursement
• Partner with Finance and Clinical teams to improve performance and outcomes
Clinic Performance & KPIs
• Own and drive key operational metrics including patients per provider per day, cycle time, and access
• Build accountability structures across sites
Leadership & Team Development
• Hire, develop, and lead Site Supervisors / Operations Managers
• Build a strong leadership bench to support growth
Access, Scheduling & Throughput
• Optimize provider templates and scheduling governance
• Improve patient access and reduce bottlenecks
Patient Experience & Workflow Efficiency
• Improve patient flow from check-in through checkout
• Reduce friction points and improve cycle time
Staffing & Workforce Planning
• Partner with HR to build scalable staffing models
Compliance & Operational Readiness
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
What We Are Looking For
• Healthcare operations experience required
• 7–10+ years of clinic operations experience
• Multi-site experience preferred
• Proven ability to build and scale operations
• Experience with CCM, RPM, MIPS, AWV preferred
• Strong understanding of front office, clinical workflows, and patient access
• Director-level leadership experience
