Job Description

Prestige Medical Group is seeking a Facilities & Operations Support Manager to support the day-to-day operational readiness of multiple medical office locations across North Georgia.

This role is responsible for facilities maintenance, minor repairs, operational errands, transportation support, and basic non-clinical IT troubleshooting to ensure all clinic locations remain safe, functional, and patient-ready.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable solving problems in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position supports multiple clinic locations and works closely with Operations Leadership and site teams.

This role may start part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the organization grows.

Qualifications / Educational Requirements

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations support
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing minor repairs
• Basic comfort with technology and equipment troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:

Facilities & Maintenance
• Manage and execute maintenance requests and punch lists
• Perform minor repairs (fixtures, doors, furniture, signage, lighting)
• Conduct routine site walk-throughs
• Coordinate vendors and ensure follow-through
• Support new office build-outs and office transitions

Basic IT & Technology Support (Non-Clinical)
• Troubleshoot printers, monitors, phones, and workstations
• Set up, move, and relocate devices and equipment
• Support room setups and basic technology needs

Transportation, Errands & Logistics
• Provide shuttle coverage up to 8 days per month, including extended hours as needed
• Pick up and deliver supplies, equipment, and documents
• Support storage moves, signage installs, and urgent operational needs

Inventory & Site Readiness
• Organize and maintain storage rooms, sheds, and garages
• Monitor non-clinical supply levels
• Set up furniture, equipment, and signage
• Ensure clinic sites remain clean, functional, and patient-ready

Operations Support
• Maintain maintenance logs and status updates
• Flag safety or facilities concerns
• Support special projects as assigned
• Serve as a reliable, hands-on operational problem solver
