Job Description
Prestige Medical Group is seeking an experienced Director of Clinic Operations – Adult Primary Care to support and scale operations across our rapidly growing multi-site medical practice.
Prestige currently operates multiple adult primary care locations across Jasper, Canton, Roswell, Rome, with additional locations planned in Woodstock, Hickory Flat, and other North Georgia markets over the next 24 months.
This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership role focused on standardizing clinic operations, strengthening site-level leadership, and building scalable workflows across all adult primary care locations.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations and works closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Clinical Leadership.
The ideal candidate brings mandatory healthcare operations experience, understands what “good” looks like operationally, and is comfortable leading teams through growth and change while building sustainable processes.
This role is full-time, exempt, with an expected schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 remote administrative day per week.
Qualifications / Educational Requirements
• Healthcare experience is mandatory
• 5–8+ years of healthcare clinic operations experience required
• Multi-site medical practice experience is a plus
• Proven experience overseeing front desk, MA, and scheduling workflows
• Director-level leadership experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent healthcare operations experience will be considered)
• Strong computer skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• EMR/EHR experience required (Epic or comparable systems preferred)
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and lead through operational complexity
Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:
Clinic Operations & Oversight
• Provide operational leadership across all adult primary care locations
• Establish consistent clinic workflows, standards, and accountability structures
Leadership Development & Site Structure
• Hire, develop, and coach Site Supervisors / Site Operations Managers
• Strengthen site-level leadership and reporting structures
Staffing Strategy & Workforce Planning
• Partner with HR on staffing models, hiring decisions, and workforce planning
Scheduling Oversight
• Implement sustainable scheduling governance and provider template optimization
Workflow Consistency & Patient Experience
• Standardize workflows to improve patient access, throughput, and experience
Compliance & Readiness
• Support OSHA, privacy, and audit readiness across all locations
Reporting & Accountability
• Provide regular operational updates and proactively surface risks or gaps
