Job Post Summary
Prestige Medical Group is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator / HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations across a growing, multi-site healthcare organization.
This role supports consistent HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience while partnering closely with leadership, operations, and finance teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on HR work, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
This position reports to the HR Administrator and works closely with Operations Leadership, Finance, and Site Supervisors.
This is a full-time role and is primarily onsite.
Qualifications / Educational Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Operations role

Healthcare and/or multi-site environment experience preferred

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes

Experience working in an HRIS and/or PEO environment strongly preferred

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate recruiting logistics including job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding

Maintain job descriptions, onboarding packets, and orientation materials

Ensure completion of new-hire documentation, background checks, credentialing, and system access
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems
-
Track licenses, certifications, training requirements, and performance review timelines
-
Support compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-related employment regulations
-
Assist with audits, reporting, and HR documentation requests
Employee Support & Administration

Serve as a first point of contact for HR policy, PTO, and benefits-related questions

Support benefits administration and open enrollment logistics
-
Coordinate PTO tracking and payroll communication with Finance
Operational & Leadership Support

Support site supervisors with HR processes, documentation, and training reminders
-
Assist with workforce changes, role updates, and organizational communications
-
Provide backup HR support coverage as needed
Engagement & Retention

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs

Support exit interviews and turnover data tracking

Contribute to retention and culture-building efforts
