About the Position:

This position will perform the following duties. This job may also be suitable for an Intern.

§ Maintain contractor credentials;

§ Assist with new contractor enrollments;

§ Coordinate with Contractor Support Managers to schedule site visits;

§ Upload related documents to Salesforce; and

§ Additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.

This position will require the following skillsets:

§ Strong organizational/planning

§ Strong communication via email, phone, in-person;

§ Ability to adapt to changing priorities; and

§ Professional demeanor.

This position will require the following minimum experience:

§ Prior Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Experience – 1 year or relevant industry/service training

§ Salesforce – 3-6 months

§ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) – 1 year

§ Gmail – 1-2 months

Education and Experience:

§ Minimum High School diploma required; further education such as an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or relevant building science education is preferred.

§ Knowledge of the residential construction industry codes and standards, sustainable building practices and energy efficiency, including heating, cooling, lighting, weatherization, and other energy-efficiency related projects is highly preferred. Experience in residential construction industry, including sustainable building practices knowledge is preferred.

§ Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service setting where the employee has had to pay attention to details and confirm information such as in an application or database web-based tool.
