OnPay Solutions a leading provider of business-to-business payment automation software solutions and services to companies ranging in size from $50 Million in annual revenue to some of the largest conglomerate organizations.  Our offerings include a collection of programs designed to integrate, streamline, and automate the accounts payable and accounts receivable process.  We help remove common points of friction within the buyer and supplier interaction.

We are currently seeking an Accounting and Operations Coordinator.  This position will play a key role in helping us to achieve our aggressive goals.

The Accounting and Operations Coordinator handles the following -- 

  • Handles all invoicing and billing activities
  • Prepares the month-end and year-end financial statements
  • Performs month-end adjusting journal entries and general ledger management
  • Performs accurate monitoring of cash flows and cash application
  • Verifies, allocates, posts, and reconciles Accounts Receivable
  • Verifies, allocates, posts, and reconciles Accounts Payable
  • Performs monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepares and organizes sales commissions
  • Prepares and files semi-annual sales tax returns
  • Prepares and issues payroll and 1099 payments
  • Tracks and reconciles employee and company expenses
  • Prepares analysis of company revenues and expenditures
  • Administrator of HR management system
  • Prepares monthly job costing analysis
  • Assists in the onboarding of new employees
  • Provides audit and project support when needed
  • Assists in office management, office-keeping and serves as liaison to building maintenance
  • Provides administrative support when needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
