FCS, a Chicago-based tech firm, provides practical technology to help roofing companies improve their business. We are a fast-moving cloud company, growing with a serious need to build a strong team. We are looking for two (2) SaaS Sales professionals for our new Rosemont location.
- Close deals. Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition and achieve growth quotas
- Actively manage the FCS sales process including qualifying and contact of high volume of leads, active pipeline growth & development, forecasting, keeping detailed notes of all sales related activities within CRM system
- Gain an expert working understanding of the FCS product suite
- Engage new sales opportunities through existing leads database, inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails; implement additional prospecting activities and work with cold call meeting specialist
- Perform effective online demos with prospects with strong ability to close over the phone
- Generate referrals from current customers for future prospects
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; while being both competitive and collaborative with the greater team.
- Understand the commercial roofing contractor's needs and pain points; able to explain how our software delivers solutions
Skills & Qualifications:
- Track record of successful inside sales with a software or have commercial roofing experience
- Positive and energetic phone skills, aggressive outbound phone experience
- Self-driven, persuasive, confident, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achievement
- Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills
- A strong desire and ability to work in a fast-moving, start-up environment
- Loves selling and thrives in a competitive, uncapped commission environment
