FCS, a Chicago-based tech firm, provides practical technology to help roofing companies improve their business. We are a fast-moving company, growing with a serious need to build a strong team. We are looking for two (2) Customer Success Managers for our new Rosemont location.


Develop strong relationships with roofing contractors by applying experience to deliver business-building solutions through use of software used by the nation’s largest roofing contractors. Retain and build clients’ business, manage zero churn, and deliver sales growth through product upsell, application of applied metrics, and working with Sales, Training, and Services teams.

  • Primary point of client contact coordinating all aspects of client development:

    • coordinate the transition from sale to account management (training, product development, marketing, business development)

    • front line technical support

    • plan & periodically conduct customer training

    • support/ follow-up direct marketing campaigns

    • develop and execute business development plans

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships through ongoing support, issue handling and resolution and customer advocacy

  • Apply trusted advisor status to identify expansion (sales) opportunities then facilitate Sales and Services teams to close the sale  

  • Collaborate with internal teams in the continuous improvement and development of customer usage and product improvement

  • Contribute to the development of entry level and cross-functional teammates

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal/communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Skilled at working through confrontation and issues that may not have immediate solution

  • Balances self-motivation with need for direction (freedom within boundaries)

  • Establishes strong, lasting relationships

  • Ability to manage multiple projects (customer needs) while coordinating multiple customer points of contact
