National Sales Executive (Software; SaaS)

Responsibilities:

  • You will be selling a SaaS solution that simplifies the way commercial roofing contractors implement, manage and grow their company

  • Demonstrate how FCS expands into an enterprise program that centralizes all contractor functions by merging with other software systems¬†

  • Represent our value proposition throughout the sales process by applying both the FCS model with your unique selling skills

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and development to translate customer feedback into plans for the continuous improvement of the FCS program¬†

  • Develop an advanced sales pipeline, business plan, effective forecast and communicate progress


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess 3+ years sales or marketing experience working for commercial roofing manufacturer or experience working with top commercial contractors

  • Brings strong relationships and experience selling to C-Suite and key decision-makers at top 150 commercial contractors in the East or West

  • Understands the commercial roofing contractors needs and pain points

  • Proven ability to recognize and understand contractor workflow and understand how FCS will impact and solve inefficiencies

  • Exceptionally strong negotiation skills using B2B value proposition

  • Exceptional ambition combined with great team skills in an uncapped commission environment


Qualification Advantages: (Not Required, but Very Welcome)

  • Experience selling software in the roofing industry

  • Roofing organization membership; involvement


Location: One successful candidate in the East and one in the West

Travel: 30% and as needed

Education: Bachelor's degree
