Day to day activities include working with customers to develop and enhance strategic business processes and application configuration, leveraging industry best practices, serving as a subject-matter expert, counseling, consulting, mentoring, making recommendations and providing knowledge transfer for customer system deployments, upgrades, and integrations.

Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks, managing to business-critical timelines

Provide direction to customer on how to best utilize their Oracle Financial and Projects applications to achieve the greatest productivity and return on investment

Document and explain industry leading process flows for all key functional areas associated with Project Portfolio Management

Communicate highly technical aspects of architecture and integration effectively in a customer facing consulting role. Interface with business community and provide ongoing operational and project status.  Confer with cross-functional personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

Member of multi-disipline project team to technically lead EBS upgrades and implementations

Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the team and Enterprise

Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams for adherence to best practices and process standardization


Experience implementing two or more of the following applications:

Oracle Project Management (PJT), Release 11.5.10 Family Pack M and  R12.x

Oracle Project Resource Management (PJR), Release 11.5.x and  R12.x

Oracle Project Manufacturing (PJM) 11.5.x and  R12.x

Oracle Project Contracts (OKE) 11.5.x and R 12.x

Grants Management 11.5.x and R 12.x

Oracle Core Financials R12.x

Oracle Time and Labor

At least 3 years hands-on experience implementing the Oracle Project Costing (PJC) and Oracle Project Billing (PJB) applications with involvement in at least three complete lifecycle implementations

US citizen and experience with government contracting and Engineering and Construction entities highly desired

Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications and their integration with the Oracle Projects applications essential

Experience configuring the E-Business Suite Projects applications to fit client business needs

Experience with business process design and change management required

Ability to work with end users and line-of-business managers to map Oracle applications standard processes to the business needs of the client

Experience in identifying and documenting gaps and making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes

Knowledge or experience in multi country implementations desirable

Experience with application extensions and workflows desirable

Ability to work in a team environment or independently

Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
