We are seeking a Service Technician to join the team at an upcoming multifamily community in the Cortez Hill neighborhood of San Diego.

The Role
As Service Technician, you will support the maintenance operations of the community through timely service requests, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and general property upkeep.

You will:
• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards
• Support inventory organization, shop cleanliness, and operational efficiency
• Deliver excellent resident service through clear communication and professionalism
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies

What You Bring
• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or multifamily experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance systems
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• HVAC certification or related technical certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
