Passionate about shaping the future generation? Youthentity is seeking facilitators to mentor and educate teenagers on career and financial planning. Our program aims to assist high school students in navigating this process. Join us in guiding this generation toward success. This position offers part-time employment with flexible weekday and weekend hours. Fluency in Spanish and access to reliable transportation are essential requirements.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate can be from $21- $23 based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement 

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work variable between Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am-4 pm.
• Availability to occasionally work on Sundays and weeknights.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Capability to teach independently or collaboratively with a partner.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• On occasion have the ability to set up and breakdown workshop space, including but not limited to setting up tables, moving chairs, loading and unloading supplies.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with youth.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, instructing, or coaching.
• Background in personal finance or a strong interest in the subject.
