Salary Range: $66,300/yr.- $70,000/yr.

About the Role

The Treasury & Investor Relations (IR) Associate plays an essential role in strengthening Grameen America’s treasury function and supporting the capital strategy that fuels our mission of empowering low-income entrepreneurs. This position manages day-to-day treasury activities, supports liquidity planning to ensure reliable lending capacity to Grameen’s borrowers, and prepares materials and reporting for lenders who help sustain our impact. Working collaboratively across Finance and in partnership with the Development team, the Associate contributes to clear financial insights, responsible stewardship of resources, and transparent communication with mission aligned funding partners. This position reports directly to the Director of Treasury & Investor Relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash balances and liquidity across all accounts and provide support with daily treasury processes.
  • Support cash forecasting and short/long-term cash flow modeling.
  • Support with Grameen America’s lenders relationships, existing debt facilities, and arrange new loans.
  • Complete regular investor reporting requirements and conduct due diligence for new loan agreements as well as for ongoing renewals.
  • Manage Grameen America’s integrated treasury management system, and support with all deposit banking relationship.
  • Support with any investment proposals.
  • Manage Salesforce and track investor commitments and deliverables.
  • Support fundraising research, lender due diligence requests, and investor pitch materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and investor communications.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. We’re a collaborative team, and sometimes that means stepping outside your usual scope to help with projects or priorities that advance our mission. As such, additional duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned as needed to meet team and organizational goals.

 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of finance experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Salesforce experience not required but a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
