We are building a specialized financial institution addressing the growing demand for digital asset services. Our primary business will focus on digital asset custody, providing secure, efficient custodial and fiduciary services for a variety of digital assets. We have applied for a national bank charter and will receive conditional approval in the near future.
You will work with foundational systems and processes to help shape our operating model and influence how a new category of financial infrastructure comes to market. Job Overview
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing enterprise-level systems. This role combines system administration with supporting teams across the organization to ensure seamless operations across our technology stack in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Objectives
- Enterprise System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise platforms.
- Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices and ensure adherence to compliance standards in collaboration with Information Security.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to strengthen organizational knowledge. Contribute to knowledge sharing within IT to strengthen organizational expertise.
- Automation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency through scripts and tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise IT Leader and cross-functional teams to support critical projects and system enhancements.
What you bring to our company
- Technical Expertise: 3+ years in IT support or system administration, with experience in Windows, Microsoft 365, and enterprise platforms.
- Security & Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOX).
- Hands-On Problem Solving: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across multiple technologies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
